Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Zyxolent LLC are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or times of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. Shipping Coverage
Zyxolent LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Zyxolent LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours and allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All Zyxolent filtration products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Zyxolent LLC is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zyxolent.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required to process a carrier claim.
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Zyxolent LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages returned due to address errors may require additional reshipping fees.
